JW Car Care has opened 27 car washes across Canada and the US, and plans to build 75 more over the next 4 years. The company’s revolutionary semi-automated and green technology is highly effective: The machines, which are manufactured by JWC in its Toronto factory, can each generate up to $600 per hour per bay, by cleaning 15 cars/hour at $40.
Photostar and Metashop
JWC has Photostar/Metashop management and investment opportunities in most medium to large cities around the world, including NYC, LA, Paris, London and Toronto. These technologies are used by celebrities, influencers, major brands such as Nike and LVMH, and agencies including Creative Artists Agency, Getty Images, and Hollywood studios. The candidates must be enterprising, organized, detail oriented, ambitious, interested in travel, and blessed with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Expresso bars and grocery stores
You can own your own high end Wilsetti store, with built in expresso bar and Pizzeria. Wilsetti is able to out-perform leading brands such as Starbucks, by combining premium coffee with the best fresh foods, supplied by @terroni.to, @sudforno, @faema, @somachocolate, and more. Wilsetti is currently only expanding in Ontario, where it is opening 10 to 20 locations in 2023-24. The locations sell for $200,000 to $5,000,000.
City State
JWC is in the process of designing its own sustainable city on 1200 acres of land near Collingwood in Northern Ontario, to build a genuinely green town, immersed in nature, without cars, without any form of plastics or synthetic materials, without any disposable containers nor leaf blowers, and with a Churchill inspired mentality to saving planet earth. The town has its own school, clinic, pool, library, theater, sports facilities (soccer, tennis…), stores, restaurants, business district, and its own food production via greenhouses, orchards, barns, fields, cattle, and farmers’ markets. There is already a significant demand for this way of living, with JWC having pre-sold 54 homes. JWC hopes to expand the City State way of living globally, upon proving the concept in Collingwood. City State is inspired by many sources, including Voltaire’s Candide, Dayleford Organic, Kundera, Heidegger, Terroni, by 2000 year old Roman towns, and by the need to quickly change the way we live in order to reverse climate change, and to build more meaningful and effective communities.

-A high end luxury brand focused mainly on leather goods and Handbags, and positioned in the marketplace significantly beyond Hermes, in terms of quality, innovation, appeal and pricing.
