Our Mission
JWC is an investment fund that builds its own companies.
We invent new products and technologies throughout a variety of industries, including media, photography, fitness, grocery/coffee, car washes, technology, Champagne, sustainability, and luxury goods.
Once a brand is successfully established, we sell locations and/or distribution rights to owner operators around the world.
Our Team
The JWC team is an assemblage of entrepreneurs, creators, operators, software engineers, and of artisans who build our products and prototypes.
CEO Joseph Wilson is an entrepreneur focused on inventing and launching new products, brands and services with emphasis on culture, design, sustainability and community.
Our Companies
Car Washes
JW Car Care has opened 27 car washes across Canada and the US, and plans to build 45 more over the next 5 years.
JW Car Care’ s simple semi-automated and sustainable technology is highly effective: The machines, which are manufactured by JWC in its Toronto factory, can each generate up to $360 per hour per bay, by cleaning 12 cars/hour at $30, using only biodegradable soaps, and five to ten times less electricity and water than conventional car washes. Photostar and Metashop
Photostar and Metashop technologies are used by celebrities, influencers, major brands such as Nike and LVMH, and agencies including Creative Artists Agency, Getty Images, and Hollywood studios. For more information, please visit photostar.com and metashop.com.
Wilsetti Expresso bars, pizzerias, and grocery stores
Wilsetti is a luxury food brand that develops and franchises high end pizzerias with built in expresso bars and premium grocery counters. Wilsetti’s flagship store is located in the Forest Hill Village.
In a world dominated by fast food franchises serving high fat, high sugar, and low quality meals, Wilsetti is expanding across North America with the goal of bringing the highest quality foods to neighborhoods, shopping centers, hospitals, supermarkets, schools, enroute stations, stadiums and more.
City State
JWC is designing its own small sustainable City State in the Collingwood area, immersed in nature, without cars, without any form of plastic, synthetic nor disposable materials, and with a Churchill inspired mentality to living in harmony with the planet and the community. The town has its own school, clinic, pool, library, theater, sports facilities , stores, restaurants, business and manufacturing districts, and its own food production via greenhouses, orchards, barns, fields, cattle, and farmers’ markets. JWC plans to expand the City State way of living globally via a licensing structure, upon proving the concept. City State is inspired by many sources, including Voltaire’s Candide, Daylesford Organic, Kundera, Heidegger, and by the wisdom of 2000 year old Roman towns.
JWC is currently in the Research and Development phase for several new companies, which are on track to launch their first commercial products early 2024, including:
-A premium Champagne brand.
-A luxury brand focused mainly on leather goods and handbags, seeking to position itself in the marketplace beyond Hermes, in terms of quality, innovation, craftsmanship and pricing.
