JWC buys and sells companies for its clients, with a focus on innovation, venture capital, investment banking, and asset management.
The fund specializes in maximizing the value of medium to large sized businesses, via mergers and acquisitions, licensing, franchising, and via the sale of their assets, shares, businesses, and property.
JWC also builds its own technologies and businesses throughout a variety of industries, including media, photography, fitness, grocery/coffee, car washes, technology, Champagne, sustainability, and luxury goods.

Car Washes
JW Car Care has opened 27 car washes across Canada and the US, and plans to build 30 more over the next 5 years.
JWCC builds car washes for property owners and retailers, including Brookfield, Oxford, Cadillac Fairview, First Capital, Simon Malls, Bloomingdale's, Holt Renfrew, Loblaws, the Four Seasons Hotels, Wholefoods, Taubman, and others.
JW Car Care’ s new semi-automated and sustainable technology uses patented machines, which can each generate up to $360 per hour per bay by cleaning 12 cars/hour, using only biodegradable soaps, and five to ten times less electricity and water than conventional car washes. Photostar and Metashop
-Photostar (photostar.com), is a technology company that manufactures automated professional photo studios. Photostar produces its own proprietary hardware and software, generates editorial quality images, and leverages the network effect of social media for distribution. Photostar works for brands, celebrities, Hollywood studios, corporations, stores, shopping centres, venues, and agencies.
-Metashop (metashop.com), a venture based on a patented technology that automatically extracts information from the objects and people in the scene, upon the scene being photographed. When the image is viewed, shared, posted or published, the metadata can instantly be retrieved, and the object can be identified and/or purchased straight from the image. JWC is currently in the Research and Development phase for several new companies, which are on track to launch their first commercial products mid 2026, including:
-A premium Champagne brand.
-A luxury brand focused mainly on leather goods and handbags, seeking to position itself in the marketplace’s top end, alongside pur luxury brands such as Hermes, with a focus on quality, innovation, craftsmanship and pricing.
-City State: JWC has designed a town built the way Roman towns, and later European towns were built: Based on community living, culture, outdoor activities, with limited emphasis on technology, without cars, and fully immersed in nature.
